Building out your Salesforce can be a very challenging task, and if done poorly, it can lead to lots of manual, inaccurate data and an inability to grow your business. If you do build out your Salesforce well, the opposite will happen: your team will have high levels of automation, predictability, and trust in data, and ultimately, you'll grow more easily.
I help organizations set a very strong foundation, designing their Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts following best practices that can be built on in the future. My engagements are simple: we try things out for a few weeks, then if we want to continue working together, we do.
Why Me?
My operations and technology journey started at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania (consistently ranked one of the best in the world), where I took extensive coursework on system architecture.
After that, I was a Salesforce admin for 5 years at a quickly growing tech startup; my team solved problems related to every team in the organization and built a high level of trust and automation within our Salesforce instance.

As soon as we start, we'll begin creating dashboards, reports, and list views you can use. Reporting is extremely important to most organizations; in this area, I'll make sure we set up your system to support your reporting use cases.
