Why Negotiate?
According to a Fortune Article from 2023, over half of workers didn't counteroffer their most recent salary negotiation. Most people (but especially women) leave thousands or tens of thousands of dollars on the table when a well-executed negotiation would have earned them 5-15% more.
If you did negotiate, did you get the best offer? What about non-salary items like the ability to work remotely, more vacation days, or even more stock options?
No need to sacrifice the relationship with your future employer to get a better offer, on the contrary, you'll be respected more if you negotiate well. The best negotiators can get the absolute best offer for themselves AND build a better relationship with their employer.
Why Me?
My negotiations journey started at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania (consistently ranked one of the best in the world), where I took a negotiations course with Richard Shell (author of Bargaining for Advantage). I learned my foundation there and was ranked one of the top 3 negotiators in my class.
After that, I've had several successful salary, equity, and partnership negotiations where I've applied my skills. I've also helped friends and family members over the years get the best outcome for themselves.
My focus is keeping simple and straightfoward negotiation coaching affordable and accessible to most people.
How it Works?
Prep-Work
Based on your specific situation, I'll send you some material to get you a base level of knowledge about negotiations. The more you prepare, the better you'll do.
1 Hour Session with Simulations
In our hour-long session, we'll review the basics, discuss more details, and conduct at least three full simulations of the negotiation.
The Negotiation
You get to put your skills to the test by doing the actual negotiation. Let me know how it went or if you need supplemental help.
